NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Vernal City Council will hold a public hearing on
September 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Vernal City Council Chambers, located at 374
East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, to receive public comments on the sale of parcels of
property within the corporate limits of Vernal City. These properties are located at:
Lot 13 of the American Dream Subdivision Phase 2, Parcel No. 050510459
320 E 550 S, Vernal, UT, Parcel No. 050510460
Lot 15 of the American Dream Subdivision Phase 2, Parcel No. 050510461

Written comments may also be submitted prior to the meeting to the Vernal City
Recorder, 374 East Main, Vernal, UT 84078. To be included in the public record, written
comments should be received no later than September 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Each
written objection filed with the municipality will be provided to the municipal legislative
body for consideration.
Vernal City property owners and other interested persons are urged to attend or
comment. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing
special accommodations during these meetings should notify Sara Bell at 374 East
Main St, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2255.
