Draper City announced in a September 3 statement that it will hold public hearings to consider a development agreement request for the Exchange at 14068 South 145 East. The proposal involves modifications to Draper City Municipal Code Title 9 standards.
The request seeks to allow for a building up to 60 feet in height and to permit alternative architectural and parking standards. According to the notice, these changes would allow a building to be constructed in the existing Exchange at 140th office complex in a manner that aligns with existing structures in the complex.
Public hearings are scheduled for the following dates:
Planning Commission: September 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
City Council: September 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
Both meetings will be held at Draper City Hall in the City Council Chambers.
