State and federal officials are launching an 18-million-dollar recovery effort following the destructive Cottonwood Fire in Beaver County.
Governor Spencer Cox toured the burn area yesterday after the fire scorched more than 97-thousand acres, destroyed more than 150 structures and contributed to flooding that damaged homes.
