*NOTICE*

After careful consideration and After the recent moisture that we have received, personal fireworks WILL BE ALLOWED at the Garden City Heritage Park July 22nd through 25th until 11 pm. They will be allowed ONLY in the north parking lot between the baseball diamonds and the park itself. They will NOT be allowed on the grass, ball fields, or south parking lot by the flag pole.

FIREWORKS ARE PROHIBITED ALL OTHER PLACES WITHIN THE GARDEN CITY FIRE DISTRICT.

All State laws and local ordinances will be strictly enforced and Fire District staff will be on site during the allowed time to answer questions, perform minor first aid, and enforce violations and bad behavior.

The City requires that you clean up ALL fireworks debris and pack out what you bring in. Water will be available to douse any smoking or flaming fireworks after lighting them.

Please be careful and have a fun 24th holiday!
