Ogden artist Cole Eisenhour has been chosen to design a new mural located in Japantown. The project is intended to pay tribute to the Japanese community's history, current presence, and future within downtown Salt Lake City.
The upcoming mural by Eisenhour will focus on honoring various eras of the Japanese community in the downtown area. This selection highlights the artist's role in commemorating the cultural significance of the Japantown district.
A TV production scheduled to film in Ogden will temporarily force road closures in the area of 24th Street and Grant Avenue this week. on Tuesday, Aug. City officials added public safety personnel were made aware of the permitted production and were actively coordinating with the production crew.
