Descendants of victims in the 1990 Oakley double murder say the drawn-out legal process "has become a generational battle." Von Lester Taylor, 61, appeared in a Summit County courtroom Aug. He originally pleaded guilty to a Dec. 22, 1990, double murder in Weber Canyon above Oakley.
