The Annabella Town Planning Commission continues its role in managing local land use, subdivision, and nuisance ordinance recommendations for the Town Council. The commission is responsible for approving building and conditional use permits as well as providing recommendations on annexation plats and proposed subdivisions.
Commission Membership and Leadership
The commission consists of a Planning Commission Chairman and four members, each appointed to three-year terms. Current leadership includes Chairman Kent Poulson, whose term expires December 31, 2026, and members Lyndon Friant, Lenny Hartle, Devin Squire, and Wade Ingram.
Meeting Schedule and Procedures
Regular meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. All sessions take place at the Annabella Community Center, located at 295 East 300 North. Individuals wishing to be placed on the meeting agenda must contact the Town Clerk by the Wednesday preceding the scheduled meeting.
