The Rich County Assessor office, led by Kim Wilson, performed duties including establishing assessed values and classifications for all locally assessed property. The office also managed the assessment and collection of personal property tax.
The Assessor's office provided information regarding vehicle license plates, plats, subdivisions, and greenbelt applications.
On October 19, 2020, a logic and accuracy testing demonstration of voting devices was scheduled at the Rich County Courthouse located at 20 South Main in Randolph. The purpose of that event allowed interested persons to observe the testing process.
