Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (a) and (b), the following act are prohibited on the areas and trails described below and as shown on the map. All lands affected are located on the Logan Ranger District, Wasatch-Cache National Forest. This order is in effect until further notice.Using a bicycle or motorized vehicle on the Crimson, Limber Pine, Riverside, or Tony Grove Nature Trails, (36 CFR 261.55 (b).Using a motorized vehicle on the Jardine Trail. (36 CB'R 261. 55 (b).Discharging any type of firearm, air rifle, gas gun or any other implement capable of causing damage or injury to any person or property in or within 150 yards of the White Pine Lake. (36 CFR 261.58 (m).Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (e), the following acts, or persons, are exempt from this order:Persons with a permit or contract authorizing the otherwise prohibited act.Authorized Federal, state, or local officers, or members of and organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of official duty, when authorized by the District Ranger.
