The Tremonton City Planning Commission will host a public hearing on April 28, 2026, to consider a proposed zone change. The meeting is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Civic Center, located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah.
During the hearing, the commission will hear public comments and consider rezoning parcels 05-181-0025 and 05-181-0007. The proposal seeks to change the designation of the property at approximately 1098 S.1000 W. from MU (Multi-Use) to R1-8, which consists of single family houses on 8000 square foot lots.
Members of the public may submit comments regarding the rezoning before the hearing takes place. Submissions can be sent to Tiffany Lannefeld at tlannefeld@tremontoncity.gov or delivered to the Tremonton City Offices at 102 South Tremont Street during regular business hours.
