Weave, a company based in Lehi, Utah, has earned the 2026 Great Place To Work Certification for the eighth consecutive year, according to a report published October 15. The recognition is based entirely on feedback from current employees regarding their experience working at the company.
According to the announcement, 77% of Weave employees stated the company is a great place to work, a figure that is 20 points higher than the average for U.S. companies. Brooke Shreeve, the Chief People Officer at Weave, stated that eight consecutive years of certification is the result of daily choices made by employees to support one another. She noted that the achievement reflects the company's core value to care more.

Lewis-Kulin stated that by earning this recognition, Weave stands out as one of the top companies to work for.
