NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Santa Clara City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. in the City Council Chambers of the Town Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Dr. Santa Clara, UT. 84765.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items:
Regarding Park Impact Fees Amendment.
Regarding the Construction Design Standards to add Section 4.3.5 Rockery and Segmental Block Retaining Walls.
Regarding possible action on Chapter 15.34, Geologic Hazards. The proposed code amendment allows for this chapter to be added to city code. The Geologic Hazards ordinance is intended to promote the health, safety, and welfare of City residents.
Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.
