PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Veracity Investments, LLC a UT LLC represented by Riley Park for property located at approximately:
19, 33, & 45 W 500 N; and 540 S Main St.
Parcel#: XA00-0599- (A.K.A. Lot 4, Block 21, Plat B NTS)
From the:
CU1 (Combined Use 1) zone – primarily commercial uses, but allows some limited residential uses
To the:
CU2 (Combined Use 2) zone – primarily residential uses, but allows some limited commercial uses
for the purpose of conforming to the rest of the east half of Block 21 Plat “B” of the Nephi Townsite Survey. A four-lot subdivision has already been approved at this location administratively (The Park Place 500 four-lot subdivision), and the rezone will not negate the approval. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
