EMERY COUNTY – On June 13, the Green River Energy Center held an open house for the public to tour the facility and learn about its massive 1,900-acre facility and how it operates. The attendees were welcomed by Theresa Foxley, the chief of staff at rPlus Energies, who gave a brief overview of the company.
