KOAL News Just in time for the summer months, the Helper City Pool is opening its doors to the community following renovations that aim to make it an even better place to beat the heat. To celebrate the occasion, the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the facility on Friday, May 29.
