The Tooele Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to consider amendments to the Tooele City Code, according to a September 15 public notice.
The hearing will address Section 7-26-2(3)(a) concerning water rights conveyance requirements and depletion rates for interior uses related to new development.
The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 90 North Main Street in Tooele. Residents can view the complete public notice on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Tooele City Website, or at Tooele City Hall in Suite 227.
Individuals wishing to submit written comments for a public hearing item must do so by 11:59 p.m. the day before the hearing. Comments can be sent via email to pcpubliccomment@tooelecity.gov or submitted to the City Planner.
