Annabella Town has issued a notice of public hearing for the proposed adoption of the 2006 Wildland-Urban Interface Code. The Annabella Planning Commission will meet to receive public comment on the measure.
The hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. It will take place in the Annabella Town Council Room located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah.
The purpose of the proposed code is to establish regulations designed to reduce risks to life and property from wildfire. These regulations would apply to areas where development meets wildland vegetation.
A copy of the Wildland-Urban Interface Code is available for public inspection at the Annabella Town Office, located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah.
