SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 4, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill on Friday ruled the nine officers who fired shots that killed an armed man who was raising his rifle after a five-hour standoff will not be prosecuted.
