The Orem Development Review Committee has released an agenda for a meeting scheduled for September 21, 2026, in a report published September 18.
The meeting is set to begin at 11 a.m. in the Aspen Conference Room, located on the second floor of 56 N State Street.
The agenda includes several site plans for fiber cable installations by Lumen. These projects include P.098993 Part 1 and Part 2 near 412 E 570 North, P.099003 near 495 S 170 West, and P.099032 Part 1 and Part 2 near 383 Ridge Road.
Additionally, the committee will review a site plan for Smarty Landscaping regarding parking and landscaping upgrades located approximately at 1476 S Sandhill Road.
The committee will also review minutes from previous meetings held on August 31, 2026, September 8, 2026, and September 14, 2026. The next meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026.
