The Tremonton City Council will host a public hearing on May 5, 2026, to consider approving compensation increases for Executive Municipal Officers. The meeting is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the City Offices located at 102 South Tremont Street in Tremonton, Utah.
The proposed increases are included in the Tentative Budget titled The Tremonton City Annual Implementation Budget 2026-2027, which covers the General Fund, Capital Funds, Enterprise Funds, and Special Funds for the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
The purpose of the scheduled hearing is to allow the council to receive public comments regarding these compensation changes.
A copy of the proposed budget will be available for public inspection on June 6, 2025, at the City Office in Tremonton.
Individuals interested in participating are invited to attend the hearing to provide comments. Written comments regarding the adoption of the proposed budget may also be filed with the Tremonton City Recorder before May 6, 2025.
