The designated Administrative Appeals Hearing Officer for Amalga Town will hold a public meeting to consider an administrative land use appeal, according to a notice published August 6.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. MDT at the Amalga Town Hall.
The matter involves an appeal of a zoning clearance decision issued on July 1, 2026. The decision in question pertains to the approval of an automotive fuel station and convenience store for the property identified as PARCEL No. 13-040-0002.
