The Richfield Ranger District, which covers the northeast portion of the Fishlake National Forest, manages over 412,000 acres across Sanpete, Sevier, and Piute counties. The district includes the Monroe and Cove Mountain Ranges, Cedar Mountain, and Old Woman Plateau north of Interstate 7 70.

The office, located in the same building as the Fishlake Supervisor's Office, provides several public services such as firewood permits, Christmas tree permits, free travel maps, and brochures for visitors.
Outdoor Activities and Wildlife
The district features various outdoor opportunities including motorized trails, roads, hiking trails, campgrounds, lakes, reservoirs, and streams. Wildlife found within the area includes elk, deer, and black bear, though visitors are advised that rattlesnakes can be found in many areas.
On-site Gift Shop Details
A gift shop featuring Smokey Bear items is available at the newly remodeled Supervisor's Office and Richfield Ranger District office through a partnership between the Fishlake National Forest and the Paiute Trails Committee.
Landscape Features and Water Bodies
The landscape includes significant elevation changes, ranging from 5,320 feet at the Forest Boundary Willow Creek Road to 11,547 feet at Mt. Terrill. The district manages numerous water bodies, such as Manning Meadow Reservoir, Lower Box Creek Reservoir, and Upper Box Creek Reservoir.
