6:40 PM 3. Discussion and Direction Regarding Audit Committee Structure and Financial Reporting
The Council will discuss direction regarding the Audit Committee's structure and financial reporting process.

DIRECTION - No formal vote is anticipated. Staff will bring a resolution back for consideration at a future meeting, based on
Council's direction
6:50 PM 4. Resolution 09-2026, Amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule
The Council will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Consolidated Fee Schedule, followed by
discussion and consideration of Resolution 09-2026.

7:00 PM 5. Ordinance 2026-25, Zoning Text Amendment 11-9m-9: Accessory Dwelling Units
The Council will consider Ordinance 2026-25, addressing Utah State Code amendments regarding lot size for
detached accessory dwelling units, and correcting missing references. This item was postponed during August
25, 2026, Council meeting.

7:10 PM 6. Ordinance 2026-22 – Zoning Map Amendment - 1150 E. 3700 N.
The Council will consider changing the parcel’s three existing zoning designations (R-1-10, R-1-12.5, and HP-3)
to a single designation: Hillside Protection (HP-2). The item was postponed during the July 28, 2026, Council
meeting to address concerns about housing density and trails. Council will review the Planning Commission’s
recommendation and may vote on the amendment.

7:30 PM 7. Ordinance 2026-26, Zoning Text Amendment to Commercial Building Setbacks, Wall Heights and
Buffer Requirements
The Council will consider amendments to commercial building setbacks, wall height, and buffer requirements for
properties adjacent to residential zoning districts.

7:40 PM 8. City Prosecutor Service Agreement
The Council will consider an agreement to continue city prosecutor services with Brandon Miles.
