WEST VALLEY CITY (ABC4) — A Utah man has been charged with 22 felonies after allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting his girlfriend for years. Andrew Thomas Pegoretti, 26, has been charged with 22 first-degree felonies including aggravated sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping, forcible sodomy, and rape.
