Drivers heading through Ogden Canyon will face some changes next week as construction begins on State Route 39. Starting Monday, the Utah Department of Transportation and the city of Ogden will close down one lane in the canyon from the Oaks Restaurant to the Ogden Canyon Water Treatment Plant so crews can install a 36-inch water pipeline replacement.
