The Southern Utah University Department of Theatre, Dance, and Arts Administration presents various theatrical and dance productions. These performances take place at several venues, including the Engelstad Shakespeare Theatre, the SUU Black Box Theater, the Randall L. Jones Theatre, and the Anes Studio Theatre.
Scheduled productions include Sense and Sensibility at the Engelstad Shakespeare Theatre on October 2, October 3, October 5, October 9, and October 10, 2026. Hedda Gabler, presented by Second Studio, is scheduled for October 29, October 30, and October 31, 2026, at the SUU Black Box Theater. The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical is scheduled for November 6, November 7, November 9, November 13, and November 14, 2026, at the Randall L. Jones Theatre.
Other upcoming performances include Songs For a New World at the SUU Black Box Theater on December 3 and December 5, 2026. The SUU Faculty Dance Concert is scheduled for December 10, 11, and 12, 2026, at the Randall L. Jones Theatre. Romeo and Juliet is scheduled for February 5, 6, 8, and 12, 2027, at the Anes Studio Theatre.
Further productions include Brides of the Moon at the SUU Black Box Theater on February 18, 19, and 20, 2027. The Student Dance Concert is scheduled for March 3, 4, 5, and 6, 2027, at the Anes Studio Theatre. Grey House is scheduled for April 1, 2, and 3, 2027, at the SUU Black Box Theater. Gypsy is scheduled for April 9, 10, 12, 16, and 17, 2027, at the SUU Auditorium Studio Theatre.
