The Washington County Water Conservancy District operates under the governance of an appointed board of trustees. This governing body functions in accordance with the legislative policy of the State of Utah.
Board members serve as representatives for the entire county and are responsible for overseeing district activities during scheduled public meetings.
The board of trustees includes Ed Bowler, Victor Iverson, Michele Randall, Kress Staheli, Adam Bowler, Rick Rosenberg, and Clark Fawcett.
In addition to its management structure, the district maintains documentation regarding Conflict of Interest Disclosure Forms and Commitment to Ethical Behavior Forms.
