The Perry City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on August 6, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place at 1950 S Hwy 89, Perry, UT, and will be open to the public through in-person attendance or via Zoom.
The agenda includes several public hearings for proposed ordinance changes. These include Ordinance 26-J regarding a zone change from R1A to R1 for property located at 1371 W 3030 S and 1405 W 3030 S, submitted by Stanford Y0ung.
Additionally, a public hearing is scheduled for Ordinance 26-K, a zone change from mixed R1, C1, and NC2 to R1A for property at 1670 S Highway 89, submitted by Robert Hinchee. Ordinance 26-N involves adding a Development Overlay Zone to existing R 1/2 at approximately 3700 S Perry Street for Lync Construction.
Other action items include Ordinance 26-D regarding development agreements and Ordinance 26-H concerning waterwise landscaping.
The meeting will also cover the approval of minutes from June 4, 2026, and discussions regarding future projects and reports on past planning commission agenda items. The commission will also make assignments for representatives to attend City Council meetings on August 13th and 27th.
