The Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, to consider a proposed code text amendment, according to a notice published Oct. 15.
The hearing is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building, located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah. The council will review a request from St. John Properties to amend Section 10-14-24-3-D regarding permitted uses in the Grove Interchange Subdistrict. The amendment seeks to add Use 4602, which pertains to commercial parking lots and garages on a fee basis, to the list of permitted uses for that subdistrict.
