Ogden High School scheduled a Term 1 Parent-Teacher Conference and College/Career Fair in the school gymnasium. The event was designed to help students and families connect with educators and explore various academic and professional options.
According to a notice on the school's website, the fair offered more than 100 college and career pathways. Participating institutions included Weber State, the University of Utah, Utah State University, Davis Tech, and O-Tech, alongside various employers.
In addition to career exploration, the event included several free services. A CNS flu clinic was scheduled to run alongside the festivities. The school also provided OSD Parenting Title I information. Attendees were offered free concessions, including nachos and drinks, as well as college-related promotional items.
The event was scheduled to take place from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the OHS Gymnasium.
