In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following

ordinance on September 14, 2026:

Ordinance 26-63, Amending Section 11.20.030 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances Entitled

“Regulation of Parking” to Authorize the City Engineer to Regulate Parking, Traffic Control

Devices, and Parking Restrictions Within the City. The ordinance amends code section

11.20.030 to allow the City Engineer to establish, modify, or remove parking restrictions within

the city.
