The Bluffdale City Council has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to address several municipal items, according to a September 18 notice. The proceedings will begin with a work session at 5:00 p.m. followed by a regular business meeting at 6:00 p.m. at Bluffdale City Hall.
The scheduled work session will focus on identifying future items and council discussion. Agenda items for this session include a discussion regarding the Chapel Row Development Agreement with developer Bret Lovell.
The regular business meeting will include presentations on the Miss Bluffdale Quarterly Report, an update on the 14600 South Railroad Project, and an Environmental Feasibility Study regarding the area from 14600 South Spring View Farms to Redwood Road.
Several public hearing items are slated for consideration and vote, including the Bluffdale Transportation Master Plan, Roadway Standard Cross Sections, and requests to amend the General Plan and Zoning Map for approximately 2.09 acres at 14553 S 3400 W.
The meeting will be broadcast live at www.bluffdale.gov. Members of the public may provide comments by appearing at the meeting or by emailing councilmeetingcomment@bluffdale.gov by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. The City Council reserves the right to end virtual access or remove individuals if the meeting is disrupted by inappropriate remarks or actions.
