The family of a man shot and killed in a road rage incident is calling for a review into the criminal investigation, alleging that the now-criminally charged Wasatch County Sheriff interfered. On September 25, 2024, 61-year-old Patrick L. Hayes was found deceased near the Jordanelle Reservoir.
