PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 PM
on October 7, 2026, at the Duchesne County Administration Building Commission Chambers,
located at 734 N Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, to conduct a public hearing on a request by LeiAn
Snyder, Larry L. Richman, Lynda Myore, and Lana Jean Cuch, to rezone Parcel #00-0003-5562 from
the A-5 Agriculture zoning district to the A-2½ Agriculture, 2½ -acre zoning district in the Neola
area.
If the Planning Commission recommends approval of the proposed zoning map change, notice is
also hereby given that the Duchesne County Commission will both conduct a public hearing on the
Planning Commission’s recommendation and consider adopting the proposed zoning map
amendment by ordinance on October 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Duchesne County
Administration Building Commission Chambers, located at 734 N Center Street, Duchesne, Utah.
