The Millville Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026. According to a notice published Oct. 13, the meeting will feature an adjusted start time of 8:15 p.m. at the Millville City Offices located at 510 E 300 S, Millville, Utah.
The meeting agenda includes several zoning clearance items. Discussion will include a new residence for Joseph Leifson at 133 E 300 S and an addition for Duane Weber at 280 N 100 W. Additionally, the commission will review a zoning clearance for an accessory building for GPD Builders on behalf of Grant and Lesa Haymore at 53 E 750 N.
Garrett Greenhalgh is scheduled to lead the meeting with a call to order and roll call. The agenda also includes the approval of the agenda and the approval of minutes from the previous Planning and Zoning meeting held on Sept. 17, 2026.
