UPDATE: The Delicate Arch Trail has been reopened, Arches National Park announced at 11:52 a.m. The road to the Delicate Arch Viewpoint still remains closed. GRAND COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — Several closures are occurring across Grand County due to the large amounts of rainfall across Utah.
