The Elsinore Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to meet on Oct. 15, according to a notice published Oct. 13. The meeting will take place at Elsinore Town Hall, located at 35 West Main Street, starting at 7:00 p.m.
The scheduled agenda includes several subdivision approval items involving Kale Winkel east of East Meadows, Shaun Barney regarding a property division, and Drake Alvarez for a subdivision and property division. Additionally, the commission will consider building permit applications for Conex boxes submitted by Sydnee Horne and Jake Gale.
The meeting will also address public comments, including a topic on road safety from Shelly Twitchell. Further commission discussion is planned regarding the water supply for a subdivision.
The next meeting is scheduled for Nov. 19, 2026. Individuals requiring special accommodations for this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at 527-3306 between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., Monday through Friday, prior to the meeting.
