RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026,
beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830
South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
a. “Majestic Homes Rezone,” PLZ-26-4002, an application to rezone
approximately 3.14-acres, at 13172 South Redwood Road, from the C-N
(Neighborhood Commercial) and RR-22 (Residential ½-acre lots) zones to
the RM-14 (Multifamily 14 units per acre) zone, and to amend the General
Plan from Medium-Density Residential to High-Density Residential.

This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the
City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and
written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be

submitted before 4:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the City Council. Further
