Utah EZ Pay is providing local businesses with Square technology paired with personal Utah-based support and complimentary business spotlight videos, according to a October 26 statement from the Salt Lake Chamber.
As an authorized reseller of Square, Utah EZ Pay assists new customers in selecting appropriate hardware and software and understanding features that fit specific business needs.
The company serves various sectors, including restaurants, retail stores, salons, automotive repair shops, and service businesses. In addition to Square's corporate support, the Utah EZ Pay team provides local assistance that customers can reach via phone or text.
Greg Kapitan of Utah EZ Pay, who has worked with business owners and payment technology since 2009, stated that while technology has changed, business owners still value having a person they know they can call. Kapitan noted that the company aims to provide real people in Utah rather than an anonymous website.
Beyond payment processing, the company offers a Get Discovered program. New Square customers can receive complimentary YouTube filming and business spotlight videos. These videos are designed to showcase businesses and tell their stories to help increase visibility on Google and YouTube.
Square has transformed how businesses manage daily operations and accept payments through various tools, including Square Register, Square Terminal, Square Handheld, and Tap to Pay on smartphones.
