The world's oldest living land animal, a Seychelles giant tortoise named Jonathan, has extended his record to 194 years.
According to Guinness World Records, the tortoise has also been officially named a Guinness World Records Icon.
Jonathan lives on the island of St. Helena.
The record-keeping organization stated that Jonathan was already a full-grown adult of at least 50 years when he arrived.
