The Spring City Planning and Zoning Commission scheduled a regular meeting for Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 6:30 PM, according to a meeting agenda published July 21.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Spring City Community Center in the Council Chamber, located at 45 South 100 East. Residents may also join the meeting via Zoom for observation purposes only.
Items on the agenda include the approval of minutes from the June 24, 2026, regular meeting and a discussion regarding the General Plan. The commission will also review the NSSD Property Tax Impact Statement and the Zoning Administrator’s Report.
Several subdivision matters are listed for consideration, including the Nancy Allred Subdivision, Ken Krogue Subdivision, Martin McCain Subdivision, Lindow Major Subdivision, and the Phil Wood Subdivision. Additionally, preliminary discussions are scheduled regarding subdivision applications for Mark Sorensen and Michael Sorensen submitted by Neil Sorensen.
