The Santa Clara City Council has issued a public notice for an upcoming work meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The session will take place at the Santa Clara City Council Chambers located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive in Santa Clara, Utah, starting at 4:00 PM.
The meeting agenda includes several items for discussion regarding city regulations and zoning. Planning Director Jim McNulty and Sharlene Wilde of Sun Country Home Solutions are scheduled to present a discussion regarding deed restrictions for the R-1-4 Zone.
Additionally, Jim McNulty will present a discussion concerning updates to City Code, Title 17. The agenda also includes a continued discussion regarding the parking ordinance, which will be presented by Building Official Cody Mitchell.
