A 25-year-old man was arrested after allegedly punching a woman and accidentally striking a 9-month-old baby during a domestic dispute in Salt Lake County, according to a probable cause statement. Brian Leonardo Colin Rodriguez was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault, reckless child abuse and four counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, court records showed.
