DUCHESNE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A man is charged with a dozen felonies after allegedly abusing his wife periodically over the period of months. The 36-year-old defendant, who ABC4.com is not naming at this time due to his relation to the victim, was initially arrested on October 2 for aggravated assault and other crimes.
