Suspect in West Jordan SWAT standoff arrested days after release from jail
Joshua Kyle Neathery, 40, had been out of jail for nine days when police were called to the residence, leading to a SWAT standoff. Neathery was first arrested on Aug. 8 after a woman reported that she had been beaten, according to the probable cause statement.

Nordstrom Rack to open Junction Commons location in fall
