Helper En Plein Aire press release HELPER — Helper En Plein Aire Committee announces the 2026 competition that will coincide with The Helper Arts Festival, held August 21-23. The Competition will begin prior to the Festival on August 18. Painters will have three days to paint within the boundaries of Carbon County. The competition will end on August 21.
