PRICE – On May 13, during the Price City Council meeting, Sergeant Kelly Maynes was named the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Utah Coordinator of the Year. In a job where police often meet people on their worst days, Sgt. Maynes has spent years making sure those moments are handled with compassion and in-depth understanding. This award shows how Sgt.
