Utah Valley University issued a safety alert to students after police received a report of a woman threatening to shoot a small group of people near The Green Apartments. She is described as a white woman in her late teens or early 20s wearing a white tank top, green jogger-style pants and a green plaid New York Jets baseball cap worn backward.
