The bottom line? Expect daily chances for showers and thunderstorms to continue Tuesday and Wednesday as monsoon moisture hangs around for a little longer. The ridge of high pressure will begin to shift west and over the state which will bring record breaking hot temperatures for most areas by the weekend.
