CENTRAL UTAH (ABC4) — Parts of Central and Southern Utah are experiencing severe weather events, with flood advisories issued for Carbon County. According to the National Weather Service (NWS) Salt Lake City, a flood advisory is in effect for Southeastern Carbon County, in Central Utah due to heavy rain.
